Position Title: Production Associate – Drapery Department

Pay Rate: $18.42 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Production Associate to join our drapery production team. This role involves handling fabric materials, assisting with drape production, supporting seamstresses, and maintaining quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. Candidates must be comfortable with physical work, including frequent bending, lifting, and working on the floor.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Clean, fold, and pack finished drapes.
• Lay fabric materials on the floor for measuring, cutting, and folding.
• Inspect materials for quality, accuracy, and sizing requirements.
• Use measuring tapes and other basic measuring tools as needed.
• Assist seamstresses by providing materials and supplies throughout the production process.
• Move and handle heavy fabric rolls and materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Cross-train and assist in other departments as business needs require.
