Starting Pay: $75,000.00 Salary

Key Responsibilities:

·        Supervise and schedule CNC operators, setup technicians, and machinists.

·        Oversee production to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.

·        Support complex setups, first-article inspections, fixture design, and troubleshooting.

·        Program, edit, and optimize CNC code using GibbsCAM.

·        Verify compliance with blueprints, customer requirements, and GD&T standards.

·        Enforce safety standards and oversee preventative machine maintenance.

What We’re Looking For:

·        CNC machining experience, including horizontal/vertical mills and multi-axis lathes.

·        Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, GD&T, precision measuring tools, and shop math.

·        Experience machining alloy steels, aluminum, and cast iron castings.

·        Ability to work on the shop floor and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
