Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the facility
- Operate overhead cranes to transport and position materials as needed
- Load and unload trucks accurately and safely
- Move, stage, and organize materials in designated warehouse and production areas
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues
- Follow all company safety procedures and operating guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with inventory control and material handling tasks
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Qualifications
- Previous forklift operating experience required
- Overhead crane operating experience required
- Ability to safely handle and transport materials of various sizes and weights
- Strong understanding of workplace safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required
- High school diploma or GED preferred
