Select Staffing is hiring a Customer Service / Dispatcher for a growing logistics operation in Hayward, CA. We're seeking a dependable, detail-oriented professional who can provide exceptional customer service while coordinating daily transportation activities.

Pay: Depending on Experience

Responsibilities:

• Dispatch drivers and coordinate pickups and deliveries
• Communicate with customers regarding schedules and shipment updates
• Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries
• Monitor routes and resolve delivery issues
• Maintain accurate records and data entry
• Work with drivers, warehouse staff, and management to ensure efficient operations
• Provide professional and timely customer support

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service, dispatch, logistics, or transportation experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with computers and data entry
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
