Production / Woodshop Associate – Case & Crate Assembly

Location: Newark, CA

Pay: $22–$27 per hour

We are seeking a dependable Production / Woodshop Associate to support wooden case and crate assembly in a fast-paced production environment. This is a hands-on position involving wood assembly, foam assembly, material handling, and quality inspections.

Responsibilities

• Build wooden cases and crates according to drawings and specifications
• Perform foam assembly and material handling
• Inspect finished work for quality and accuracy
• Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and production procedures
• Report equipment, tool, or safety concerns to management
• Work effectively as part of a production team

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow basic drawings and instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Comfortable performing physical work and material handling
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn
• Previous woodshop, manufacturing, carpentry, crate building, or assembly experience preferred
