?? Schedule: Must be available to work weekends and flexible to work overtime, including coming in early as needed.

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented 3rd Shift Sanitation Team Member to join our team. Reporting to the Quality Sanitation Supervisor, this position is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and food-safe production environment. The successful candidate will work closely with the production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure all equipment and production areas meet company and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Clean, wash, sanitize, and maintain production equipment and processing lines.
Follow sanitation procedures in accordance with cGMPs (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and company SOPs.
Safely handle sanitation chemicals and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Assist with equipment inspections and sanitation verification processes.
Support preventative maintenance activities by cleaning and detailing equipment.
Maintain production areas in a clean and “audit-ready” condition.
Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Support Quality Assurance activities, including sanitation inspections and environmental swabbing.

Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Previous sanitation, janitorial, food manufacturing, or industrial cleaning experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
Must be dependable with excellent attendance.
Must be available to work weekends and overtime as needed.
