Return Specialist

Location: South Gate, CA

We are seeking a detail-oriented Return Specialist to join our warehouse team in South Gate. This position is responsible for processing customer returns, accurately updating inventory in our Warehouse Management System (WMS), and ensuring returned products are handled efficiently and correctly.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and inspect B2C customer returns
Identify returned products and verify SKUs
Process returns accurately within the WMS
Update inventory records in a timely manner
Separate damaged, incorrect, or questionable returns as needed
Communicate with warehouse staff regarding return-related issues
Maintain accuracy and organization throughout the returns process

Previous warehouse, inventory, returns processing, or WMS experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Basic computer skills and experience using warehouse systems preferred
Ability to lift and move products as required
