About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to join our operations team. In this role, you will support inventory management, receiving, shipping, material handling, and logistics activities within a warehouse and/or data center environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, prioritizes safety and accuracy, and enjoys working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is a plus.
- Experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or electric tugs is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Ability to work well with others and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Comfortable reading and following safety procedures, operating instructions, and workplace guidelines.
- Flexibility to work overtime or adjusted schedules when business needs require.
Work Environment
- Work is performed in a warehouse and/or data center setting.
- This role involves standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials throughout the shift.
- Schedule needs may vary based on operational demands and customer requirements.

What You'll Do
- Receive incoming shipments and verify items against packing lists and shipping documents.
- Process inventory receipts and ensure materials are accurately recorded in our systems.
- Identify, organize, and stage incoming materials in designated locations.
- Assist with inventory tracking, audits, and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Read and interpret work orders, customer orders, and shipping documents to support daily operations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment.
- Unload, depalletize, and move server racks and other materials to designated areas.
- Assist with unboxing and re-boxing products as needed.
- Communicate with internal teams, customers, and vendors to support operational needs and resolve inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Help keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe by following 5S standards.
- Support additional warehouse and logistics activities as assigned.
