Job Opening: Parts Advisor

The Parts Advisor supports daily shop operations by ensuring accurate inventory, timely parts availability, and strong coordination with technicians, mechanics, vendors, and the Service Team. This role maintains stock levels, processes orders and invoices, performs cycle counts, and ensures all parts-related documentation and reporting are completed accurately. Success in this position requires strong organization, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Experience in parts, inventory, or service operations—especially within automotive, heavy-duty, or equipment repair—is strongly preferred. The role also requires the physical ability to lift, move, and handle parts safely while maintaining a clean and compliant work environment.
