Job Requirements:

• Must know Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook 
• Speak, read and write English 
• WMS and SAP Enterprise 
• Good communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Documentation verification: Cross-reference physical driver load sheets against official Bills of Lading (BOL). Ensure all carrier paperwork is fully executed before releasing drivers.
• Partner Management: Serve as the primary night-shift liaison for truckload carriers and the shipping team.
• Organizing & Transmittals: Process departmental paperwork with high accuracy. Transmit required digital documentation to intercompany warehouses and send executed BOLs to carriers via email.
• Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate, input, and manage precise pickup and delivery appointments for all orders routing through company warehouses.
