Administrative Coordinator

This role provides administrative support to leadership and serves as the first point of contact for guests, clients, and vendors. We are looking for a professional, organized, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests, clients, and vendors with professionalism.
- Answer and route incoming calls and manage visitor sign-in procedures.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, faxes, and correspondence.
- Maintain organized client and vendor files and perform data entry duties.
- Monitor office supply inventory and assist with facility and equipment support.
- Submit and track IT support requests and communicate updates as needed.
- Assist with client file setup, record maintenance, and documentation tracking.
- Support leadership with meetings, reports, projects, and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative, receptionist, or office support experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
