Order Picker

Location: Petaluma, CA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our warehouse team in Petaluma. The Order Picker is responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to determine items to be picked and distributed.
• Pick, pack, sort, and prepare orders for shipping according to company standards.
• Move materials and products from receiving or production areas to storage locations or other designated areas within the warehouse.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure orders are completed correctly and on time.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
