We’re looking for a hands-on Compounder / Batch Maker to prepare juice blends using formulas and processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you have experience with mixing, batching, or food production, this is a great opportunity to grow with a stable company.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare batches using formulas, scanners, and computerized systems
• Operate and sanitize blending equipment (pumps, hoses, tanks)
• Perform processes such as pasteurization, homogenization, and heat steps
• Follow GMP, HACCP, and safety standards
• Maintain accurate batch records and perform quality checks
• Handle raw materials, allergens, and bulk inventory
• Operate forklifts and assist with loading/unloading
• Keep work areas clean and production-ready
