Description
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 am – 4:30 pm, with potential weekends when needed. Responsibilities:Ensure efficient cargo movementby managing transportation from origin to destination in line with customer instructions and booking procedures.Prioritize workflow to consistently meet customer and vendor satisfaction.Coordinate with customs brokers to secure timely release documentation and support warehouse productivity.Process carrier claims promptly and accurately to resolve issues efficiently.Verify on-boards and communicate updates to customers in a timely and professional manner.Check in vendors and customers at the dock office with professionalism and courtesy.Support departmental goals by completing accounting tasks and processing billing accurately and on time.Minimum Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent.Eligible to work in the US and pass TSA background check.Must be able to communicate clearly and confidently in English, both over the phone and in person, with customers, vendors, and staff.Bilingual or multilingual skills are preferred.
