Job Overview
We are looking for customer-focused and dependable Call Center Representatives to join our team. This is a paid position offering an engaging work environment where your communication skills can shine while making a meaningful impact in customers’ lives.
The ideal candidate has strong customer service knowledge, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to quickly analyze customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
All candidates must:
- Communicate professionally and politely with callers from all walks of life
- Be proficient with computers, software, and typing
- Pass a typing test demonstrating 45–55 WPM
- Be familiar with the Albuquerque metro area and surrounding locations
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Possess strong customer service skills (medical background is a plus but not required)
- Be punctual and dependable
Preferred Knowledge
- Understanding of customer service best practices
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Analytical skills to quickly assess and resolve customer issues
