Position Overview

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a key role in producing high-quality dietary supplements. This role involves operating food-grade manufacturing equipment, conducting inspections, and maintaining strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, follows directions carefully, and takes pride in maintaining quality and safety standards.

Important Work Environment Note:
This position involves exposure to dust, powder, airborne particles, strong food odors, and common allergens including milk, soy, wheat, and nuts.

Key Responsibilities

• Start up manufacturing equipment and perform initial inspections
• Operate production machinery including mixers, blenders, and other food-grade equipment
• Read, understand, and accurately follow work orders
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure proper machine operation
• Follow and maintain all GMP and safety standards
• Tear down, clean, and maintain equipment using hand tools
• Perform deep cleaning of machinery, including washing equipment
• Support production goals while maintaining high-quality output
