Description
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Troubleshooting & Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely and professional manner. Serve as the first point of contact for technical support requests, help desk assistance to end users.
• System Maintenance & Monitoring: Perform routine system updates, patch management, and proactive monitoring to ensure optimal system performance.
• Installation & Configuration: Set up, configure, and deploy computers, printers, mobile devices, and required software applications. Ensure all equipment is properly installed, tested, and ready for end-user productivity.
• User Account & Security Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in alignment with company policies. Support the implementation and maintenance of security measures to protect systems, networks, and data.
• Infrastructure Support: Assist in maintaining Windows desktop and server environments, as well as supporting core networking components.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills:
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems (desktop and server environments)
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting and device configuration
