Job Title: Forklift Operator (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our team for the 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM shift. This role is responsible for efficiently moving materials, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to safely load, unload, move, and stack materials
• Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
• Handle all products carefully to prevent damage and ensure quality
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
• Follow all company policies as well as OSHA safety guidelines
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience required
• Valid forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
