Customer Service Representative
Location: Lodi, CA
Salary: $60,000 annually
Reports To: Customer Service Supervisor
Summary:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) builds strong customer relationships through accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism. This role is responsible for processing customer orders, meeting service expectations, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain orders received via EDI or email in SAP and Salesforce
- Verify pricing, products, quantities, footage, and shipping details
- Calculate truckload percentages and create deliveries for released orders
- Check inventory and production availability
- Review and correct POs submitted by Independent Representatives and communicate changes
- Interpret SLAs, customer contracts, and retail requirements
- Communicate with customers and sales teams regarding truckload fills, backorders, and order status
- Distribute weekly open order reports
- Coordinate with Planning, Sales, Credit, and Salesforce teams
- Manage customer issues, RMAs, deductions, short payments, and credit disputes with professionalism
- Process credit applications for new or updated SAP customer accounts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years of customer service or order entry experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Solid computer, math, and data entry skills
