Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Order Selector with a strong background in shipping and receiving to support warehouse operations in Fresno. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and prepare customer orders using RF scanners or pick tickets
- Perform shipping and receiving duties, including loading/unloading trucks
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage
- Maintain inventory organization and assist with cycle counts
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts if certified)
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Previous order selecting experience required
- Experience in shipping & receiving strongly preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Forklift certification a plus (not required)
Schedule & Pay
- Monday–Friday schedule (occasional overtime may be available)
- $21.00 per hour
- Weekly pay (if applicable to your company)
