Job Title: Client Service Associate
Pay: $21/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Service Associate to support our Client Services Department. This role involves clerical support, customer communication, and coordination of service requirements to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Client Services Department, including data entry and general office duties
- Assist in coordinating all phases of client service requirements, including:
- Reviewing client specifications
- Creating work orders
- Preparing internal documentation
- Developing customer samples
- Tracking project milestones
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to answer questions and confirm important details such as:
- Order information
- Tracking numbers
- Login and password assistance
- Shipping costs
- Perform filing, scanning, and maintain organized records
- Collect and manage returned mail data as needed
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Basic computer proficiency (data entry, email, document management)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous administrative or customer service experience is preferred
