Shift: 1st/ 2nd
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team in Natomas, CA. The ideal candidate will have recent forklift experience, strong knowledge of warehouse operations, and a commitment to safety and efficiency in material handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trailers using proper techniques to prevent damage or shifting of cargo
- Secure loads to ensure safe transport and storage
- Move, locate, and organize materials within the warehouse
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Utilize basic computer systems for inventory and tracking when required
Qualifications
- Recent experience operating a forklift (required)
- Valid forklift certification
- Knowledge of warehouse material handling equipment and processes
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Experience with proper loading and unloading of trailers
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail and safety practices
- Reliable and punctual
