Schedule
Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM–4:30 PM — $17.50/hr
- 11:00 AM–6:30 PM — $17.50/hr
- 2:30 PM–11:00 PM — $18.50/hr
- 4:30 PM-1:00 AM — $18.50/hr
Overtime required, including Saturdays and Sundays based on business needs.

Position Overview
We are seeking reliable, hardworking Lumpers to join our warehouse team in Ontario, CA. This role is essential to daily operations and requires individuals who can work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Due to business needs, associates must be flexible with shift start times, rotating tasks, and working in different areas as required.
Responsibilities
- Perform repetitive loading and unloading of boxes from containers
- Meet quota of 2 containers per shift (2 people per container)
- Lift 30–50 lbs continuously throughout the shift
- Stand for 8–12 hours, depending on workload and volume
- Bend, stoop, and perform repetitive motions for the duration of the shift
- Work in extreme heat when required
- Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
- Support packaging or assembly tasks as needed (experience preferred)
