Parts Stocks Specialist – Luxury Bus Charter Fleet

We are seeking a detail-oriented Parts Stocks Specialist to support inventory and parts operations for our luxury bus charter fleet. This role is critical to maintaining vehicle readiness, supporting high service standards, and ensuring timely maintenance and repairs in a premium transportation environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and stock parts and materials for luxury motor coaches
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and perform regular cycle counts
• Issue parts to technicians and support service and repair work orders
• Track parts usage, backorders, and reorder needs
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely parts availability
• Maintain organized, clean, and secure parts storage areas
• Update inventory records using parts or maintenance management systems
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect parts
• Follow safety, quality, and company standards
• Support overall fleet maintenance operations as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in parts, inventory, or warehouse operations preferred
• Familiarity with vehicle, bus, or heavy-duty fleet parts a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to use computers and inventory systems
• Ability to lift and move parts as required
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
