Service Advisor – Luxury Bus Charter Operations
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Service Advisor to support the maintenance and service operations of our luxury bus charter fleet. This role serves as the primary liaison between drivers, technicians, vendors, and management to ensure timely, high-quality service while maintaining exceptional standards expected in a luxury transportation environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance and repair services for luxury buses
- Communicate service needs and repair recommendations clearly with drivers and technicians
- Prepare work orders, track service status, and maintain accurate service records
- Ensure vehicles meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards before release
- Monitor timelines, parts availability, and vendor performance
- Provide professional, customer-focused communication internally and externally
- Support fleet uptime and minimize service disruptions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a service advisor, fleet coordinator, or maintenance liaison preferred
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, preferably buses, coaches, or heavy-duty vehicles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computers and service management systems
