Chemical Processor
Location: Hacienda Heights, CA
Shift: 2nd shift 1:30pm-10:00pm (will train in s1t shift) 5:00am-1:30pm
Job Summary:
The Chemical Processor is responsible for safely preparing, processing, and monitoring chemical solutions used in manufacturing operations. This role ensures all chemical processes meet quality, safety, and production standards while supporting efficient workflow in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, mix, and process chemical solutions according to specifications and work instructions
- Operate and monitor chemical processing equipment and tanks
- Perform routine testing to ensure chemical concentrations meet required standards
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper handling, labeling, and disposal of chemicals
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Inspect parts before and after processing to ensure quality requirements are met
- Clean and maintain equipment and work areas
- Work closely with production and quality teams to meet daily output goals

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in chemical processing or manufacturing preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
- Comfortable working with chemicals in an industrial environment
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [weight if applicable]
