Location: Hacienda Heights, CA
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift (Training on 1st Shift)
Shift Details:
- Training Shift (1st Shift): 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- Regular Shift (2nd Shift): 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Fourlide Operator / Precision Metal Forming Operator to join our manufacturing team in Hacienda Heights, CA. Candidates will be trained on 1st shift before transitioning to the 2nd shift schedule. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining Fourlide machines to produce high-quality metal components.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate Fourlide machines according to specifications
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished parts for quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
- Follow safety policies and production procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet production standards and quality requirements

Qualifications:
- Previous Fourlide machine experience preferred
- Ability to train on 1st shift before moving to 2nd shift
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to read blueprints or work instructions
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
