Customer Service Representative – Healthcare (Work from home)

Location: Albuquerque, NM
Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm

Job Description:
We are currently seeking reliable and professional Customer Service Representatives for a remote position to support a busy healthcare environment. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, call center experience, and a basic understanding of medical terminology.

Key Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls making outbound calls and assist patients with scheduling, questions, and general support
– Provide accurate information regarding services, appointments, and procedures
– Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
– Document calls and update information in the system as needed
– Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
– High School Diploma or GED required
– Previous call center or customer service experience required
– Basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred
– Strong communication and computer skills
– Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
