- Strong experience using QuickBooks (payroll and invoicing required)
- Knowledge of class codes for payroll/job costing
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Process weekly payroll accurately and on time using QuickBooks
- Apply and manage payroll class codes correctly
- Maintain employee time records and resolve payroll discrepancies
- Assist with payroll reports and basic accounting tasks
