The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, both in person and over the phone. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and be able to direct inquiries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously, transferring them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Take accurate messages and relay them to the appropriate staff members in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Utilize computer skills to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and emails.
- Act as the first point of contact, inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- Direct visitors and clients to the appropriate staff members or departments.
- 2 to 3 years of recent experience
