Select Staffing is hiring a Entry Level Technical Support Specialist for a Construction Equipment Company in Meridian.
Pay: $18.00 HR
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Technical Support Job Duties:
- Provide first-level IT Service Desk support via email, IM, chat, over the phone, and in person.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction in all communications, providing fundamental end-user training, as appropriate.
- Evaluate and resolve end user computer, mobile, and connectivity issues.
- Install and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals in a network environment.
- Utilize asset management systems to track inventory and technical issues.
- Assist in researching, testing, and implementing new technologies, processes, and procedures.
- Perform user administration tasks, including provisioning/de-provisioning and permission assignments.
- Imaging and delivery of new workstations to employees.
- May pursue issue resolutions by working with external technology vendors and providers.
Technical Support Qualifications:
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to break down technological processes and deliver clear, step-by-step instructions.
