Description
3 to 5 Years’ experience required. Require BS or BA Degree in Food Science and/or Chemistry and or Biology plus a minimum of three years of experience in all aspect of food manufacturing. Proficiency in MS office applications. Experience in statistical methods of handling & reviewing investigations. Directing, disciplining, training, and assisting QC technicians. Perform mock recalls audits, hold/release all finished/in-process samples. and shelf-life studies Assist with materials /receiving. Maintain the following programs: FSMS, HAACP, pest control, food/allergen Ensure food safety and quality per FSSC 22000
