A milling company in Madera is seeking dependable 3rd-Shift Production Associates to support milling, packing, and warehouse operations. This role includes monitoring production equipment, ensuring accurate bag weights, palletizing product, and maintaining a clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor milling and bagging operations to ensure proper flow and product consistency.
  • Check-weigh bags from selected pallets to ensure weights meet milling and packing guidelines.
  • Stack pallets using the company’s approved layering pattern for safe and stable storage.
  • Monitor printer/labeler to ensure clear and readable lot numbers and product identifiers.
  • Pull product samples as required by the Quality Assurance (Q.A.) Department.
  • Maintain sack tank levels to prevent particle separation and ensure smooth milling output.
  • Store finished pallets neatly in assigned warehouse locations.
  • Sweep rows and clean production areas before placing finished product.
