Supply Chain Manager Pay: 120K salary.

Supply Chain Manager Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Manages the flow of goods, resources and information required by the supply chain to ensure the critical processes run effectively and achieve organizational goals and performance KPIs.
• Implements a strategy to ensure that the critical processes run effectively and achieve organizational goals and performance KPIs.
• Leads coordination activities with procurement, production, inventory control, distribution, transportation, and other functions to optimize the supply chain.
• Resolves bottlenecks or problem areas in supply chain.
• Monitors suppliers and service providers for quality and performance.
• Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
• Ensures that project/department, milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
• Interfaces with program management, planning, and maintenance to plan and deliver all material needs on time and budget.
• Deploys best practices for quoting and negotiation strategies based on commodities and services.
• Maintains an efficient and responsive logistics system that provides effective movement of material within and external to the facility.
• Manage relationships and agreements with internal/external partners/vendors.
• Works directly with reporting manager for operational activities and set strategic goals.
• Evaluate efficiencies of business procedures regularly according to organization objectives and apply changes/improvements, as necessary.
• Hire, supervise and mentor all staff.

Shipping & Receiving Clerk Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Shipping & Receiving Clerk Salary: $18.00-$20.00 hourly.

Shipping & Receiving Clerk Responsibilities & Duties:

• Packing – Properly stack and pack aircraft parts into bins and onto pallets, verify close load.
• Prepare product – Create manifest for shipping.
• Count items received or shipped and checks against packing list, recording discrepancies.
• Equipment – Upon training and certification; regulations rules instruction in performance duties.
• Load and unload products as assigned.
• Enter part information into inventory database.
