Product Intake Specialist (Warehouse)

Pay: $20.00/hour

Schedule: 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Product Intake Specialist to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving incoming shipments, organizing inventory, and ensuring products are accurately accounted for and readily available to support retail operations. This is a hands-on position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Unload incoming shipments and safely move products into the warehouse
  • Receive and verify shipments, including signing and processing delivery paperwork
  • Inspect incoming products for damage and ensure accuracy against purchase orders and invoices (quantity, quality, pricing)
  • Store inventory in designated warehouse locations
  • Accurately count inventory and report discrepancies using ERP systems
  • Receive and process Purchase Orders and Sales Orders within the ERP system
  • Replenish inventory as needed to support operations
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
  • Coordinate with procurement staff on expected deliveries
  • Communicate with suppliers or shippers to resolve any discrepancies
  • Handle returns or exchanges for damaged or incorrect shipments
  • Assist with stocking the retail floor as needed

We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Driver to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for receiving, unloading, storing, and tracking inventory while maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Physically verify received orders against invoices and packing slips
  • Operate a forklift to unload deliveries and stack/store materials throughout the warehouse
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse
  • Report inventory variances and create and/or submit count lists and PARF documentation
  • Identify and report product damage or leaks
  • Perform and document daily inspections of assigned equipment (forklift, lift, pallet jack, etc.)
