Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Product Intake Specialist to join our warehouse team. This role plays a key part in ensuring incoming products are accurately received, inspected, stored, and made readily available to both the warehouse and retail floor. The ideal candidate is physically capable, well-organized, and experienced in warehouse receiving processes, including forklift operation and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Unload all incoming truck shipments and pallets
  • Receive shipments and sign delivery paperwork
  • Inspect products to ensure quality and absence of damage
  • Verify shipments against purchase orders and invoices (quantity, quality, pricing)
  • Store inventory in designated warehouse locations
  • Replenish inventory and assist with retail floor stocking as needed
  • Accurately count inventory and document discrepancies in the ERP system
  • Receive Purchase Orders and Sales Orders in the ERP system
  • Coordinate with procurement to review and prepare for expected deliveries
  • Communicate with suppliers or shippers to resolve discrepancies
  • Manage returns or replacement shipments when necessary
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Driver to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for receiving, unloading, storing, and tracking inventory while maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Physically verify received orders against invoices and packing slips
  • Operate a forklift to unload deliveries and stack/store materials throughout the warehouse
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse
  • Report inventory variances and create and/or submit count lists and PARF documentation
  • Identify and report product damage or leaks
