We’re looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse Intake Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for receiving incoming shipments, unloading pallets, and ensuring all products are properly stored and accounted for in our warehouse. You’ll also assist with stocking the retail floor as needed and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:

Unload and receive all incoming shipments

Verify deliveries, sign paperwork, and report discrepancies

Store products in the correct warehouse locations

Maintain accurate inventory counts and update ERP systems

Collaborate with procurement and retail teams

Ensure warehouse areas are clean, safe, and organized

Position: Product Intake Specialist
Starting Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 4:00 am – 12:30 pm
Location: Van Nuys
Employment Type: Temp to Hire (based on performance and attendance)
Duties Include
- Unload all incoming shipments to the warehouse
- Receive shipments and sign paperwork upon receipt
- Store inventory in the correct areas of the warehouse
- Replenish inventory when necessary
- Count all inventory, document and report all issues in our ERP systems.
- Receive Purchase Orders or Sales Orders in our ERP System
- Collaborate with procurement staff to list expected deliveries
- Inspect contents to ensure they are undamaged
- Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity, quality, price etc.)
- Contact supplier or shipper if a mistake is identified

- 2 years’ experience handling live inventory & WMS/ERP systems.
- Proficient knowledge in warehouse inventory management through WMS software
- Ability to create new, more efficient processes from scratch
- Ability to generate solutions to problems ad hoc
- Forklift Operator Certification preferred but not required.
