Customer Service Representative

We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to support customers with orders, inquiries, and complaints. Join a collaborative team focused on providing excellent service.

Shift: 8:45 PM – 5:15 PM
Pay: $18.50/hr
Location: Van Nuys, CA

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Communicate via multiple channels
Resolve customer concerns
Process orders and requests
Learn product details and use in-house systems
Work closely with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Responsibilities:

Apply QR code stickers and labels
Open containers and handle packaging
Print and label units (account-specific requirements)
Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory in Encompass
Pull, pack, and palletize outgoing orders
Receive, log, and unload incoming deliveries
Keep warehouse clean and organized
Lift up to 40 lbs as needed
