We are seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales Associate to support sales operations and customer needs. This role involves order and quote processing, daily customer interaction, and close collaboration with internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders and enter customer quotes received via email
  • Support CSR team with order prioritization and management
  • Communicate with customers daily, answering questions and routing requests appropriately
  • Review product requirements for accuracy and feasibility
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals
  • Support aerospace customer requirements, including documentation, training records, and compliance with industry standards (AS9100, Nadcap, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Experience in inside sales or customer service
  • ERP system experience required (SAP, NetSuite, X3, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (preferred) or Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, and maintain customer confidentiality

Preferred:

  • 1–2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively

 

Job Requirements:

Experience managing customer quotes and entry level product , ERP experience required (ex: SAP, NetSuite, X3, etc.) portfolio questions, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Google Suite a plus
