About the Job

As a General Labor / Indoor Processor, you will support daily cultivating and processing tasks inside a controlled, indoor cannabis facility. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on, fast-paced, and repetitive work, and who take pride in accuracy and consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Trim, sort, handle, and process cannabis plant material
  • Perform manual tasks such as de-bucking and de-stemming
  • Weigh, label, and track product accurately
  • Maintain a clean and compliant work area
  • Follow GMPs, safety, and compliance standards
  • Work efficiently on a production line to meet quotas
