Job Responsibilities

• Answering inbound/multi-line phones
• Maintain timecard formats, collect and route timecards as required
• Collect and route invoices as necessary
• Provide administrative support duties; i.e. maintain office supplies, faxes, assist with bids & quotes, input data as required
• Distribute AP checks and payroll checks
• Maintain Human Resources, payroll and accounts payable filing and copying
