This role handles administrative tasks including scheduling, dispatching service providers, data entry, sample receiving and processing, and fielding calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to clients by ensuring a smooth transition of samples from the client to the laboratory.
- Schedule, coordinate, and efficiently dispatch service providers.
- Receive samples and process corresponding paperwork from multiple locations.
- Maintain and update the monthly Micro Schedule.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Track, collect, and ship customer supplies as needed.
- Assist other departments with administrative and operational tasks.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Are you looking to join a team that values your skills and offers a path to grow your career? Select Staffing is hiring a Concrete Laborer. This role performs various tasks associated in production of concrete products and has a close working relationship with the production Supervisor/crews
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow supervisor instructions and daily SOPs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Perform concrete finishing tasks using hand and power tools.
- Assist with form setup, rebar installation, and pre-pour inspections.
- Read production schedules and drawings to ensure proper setup.
- Help with concrete placement and finishing per quality standards.
- Operate or assist with cranes, forklifts, and other equipment.
- Clean plant areas using assigned tools.
- Wear required PPE at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
What We’re Looking For:
- Work safely and follow all company policies.

- Can be exposed to hot and cold weather.
- Ability to read and interpret production drawings.
- Proficient in utilizing tape measures and basic hand tools including, but not limited to trowels, hammers, wrenches, chisels, power tools, etc.
