Location: Santa Maria, CA

Starting Pay: $19.50/hr.

Schedule: Full Time Days/Nights as Needed

Key Responsibilities:

·        Collect and analyze product samples

·        Conduct inspections and maintain testing records

·        Calibrate and maintain QA equipment

·        Stop production for quality or safety deviations when necessary

·        Assist the Food Safety and QA Manager

·        Follow all company policies, procedures, and SOPs

·        Perform other assigned duties

·         High school diploma or equivalent

·         Strong math skills

·         QA Inspector/Auditor experience preferred

·        Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

·        Flexible to work any shift and any day of the week

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow supervisor instructions and daily SOPs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Perform concrete finishing tasks using hand and power tools.
• Assist with form setup, rebar installation, and pre-pour inspections.
• Read production schedules and drawings to ensure proper setup.
• Help with concrete placement and finishing per quality standards.
• Operate or assist with cranes, forklifts, and other equipment.
• Clean plant areas using assigned tools.
• Wear required PPE at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
