Key Responsibilities:
- Handle credit reporting tasks, including member and E-Oscar disputes, inquiry removals, Bullseye requests, agency updates, and record tracking in compliance with FCRA and CU policies.
- Prepare and send Notices of Intent to Sell and Deficiency Balance Letters.
- Assemble and maintain repo files.
- Communicate with members and third parties via phone, email, and letter.
- Review incoming Proof of Insurance documents, update accounts, and forward to SWBC.
- Post incoming loan payments.
- Sort and distribute mail.
- Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity in all tasks.
- Perform other duties assigned by management and work at various locations as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 6 months -1 year experience in collections, clerical, administrative, or related fields
- Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment.
