Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle credit reporting tasks, including member and E-Oscar disputes, inquiry removals, Bullseye requests, agency updates, and record tracking in compliance with FCRA and CU policies.
  • Prepare and send Notices of Intent to Sell and Deficiency Balance Letters.
  • Assemble and maintain repo files.
  • Communicate with members and third parties via phone, email, and letter.
  • Review incoming Proof of Insurance documents, update accounts, and forward to SWBC.
  • Post incoming loan payments.
  • Sort and distribute mail.
  • Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity in all tasks.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management and work at various locations as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 6 months -1 year experience in collections, clerical, administrative, or related fields
  • Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment.
  • Background check
