Key Responsibilities:

·        Provide exceptional support with concrete products and working with our estimating/sales, engineering and production teams.

·  Review customer documents to determine the scope of work

·        Ensures product specifications are accurate per agreed upon requirements with customers and coordinates with production teams in the manufacturing of quality precast products and final delivery to ensure customers are fully satisfied.

·        Manages the sales order process using WIP sheets to provide accurate direction for production
