Location: Santa Maria, CA Starting Pay: $20.00-$23.00 DOE Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 10 a.m.-7 p.m. and Saturday 8a.m.-5 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional support to clients by ensuring a smooth transition of samples from the client to the laboratory.
• Schedule, coordinate, and efficiently dispatch service providers.
• Receive samples and process corresponding paperwork from multiple locations.
• Maintain and update the monthly Micro Schedule.
• Answer and manage incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
• Track, collect, and ship customer supplies as needed.
• Assist other departments with administrative and operational tasks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Concrete Laborer

Location: Santa Maria, CA Starting Pay: $20/hour Schedule: M-F 6:45a.m.-3:30p.m. and overtime is available when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow supervisor instructions and daily SOPs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Perform concrete finishing tasks using hand and power tools.
• Assist with form setup, rebar installation, and pre-pour inspections.
• Read production schedules and drawings to ensure proper setup.
• Help with concrete placement and finishing per quality standards.
• Operate or assist with cranes, forklifts, and other equipment.
• Clean plant areas using assigned tools.
• Wear required PPE at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Maintenance Technician

Location: Bakersfield, CA

Starting Pay: $25.00-$28.00 DOE

Schedule: Monday-Friday 11 p.m.-7:20 a.m.

This position is to repair hydraulic, electrical (including solid state), and mechanical systems related to injection molding, extrusion, blending, fork trucks, and facilities. A “B” mechanic should help train “C” mechanics.

• Check and repair hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
• Be familiar with all facility equipment for start-up and shut down of the plant
• Be knowledgeable of all electrical disconnects and safety disconnects
• Required to implement all repairs in a correct, proper, and safe manner
• Must be familiar with and be able to read repair manuals and parts books
• Be knowledgeable and capable of performing PM repair schedules.
• Follow and adhere to all company safety regulations as well as all government regulations.
• Report any safety violations to the supervisor immediately
• Help train and guide “C” mechanics
• Supports the established Quality Policy
• Fulfills role as required in the documented quality system manual, directives and work instructions
• Committed to the protection of the environment and the health and safety of our employees, customers and neighbors. Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving our Environmental Management System (EMS).
• All other duties as assigned
