DEPARTMENT/PROGRAM DESCRIPTION Weatherization is designed to provide energy efficient measures to low-income households. The installation of these measures not only makes these homes more energy efficient but also reduces energy usage and energy cost. Positions maybe funded by either ARRA or SDG&E and may be time limited based on program requirements and grant funding.
DEFINITION Under supervision, will perform weatherization duties on residences of eligible recipients and provide on-site direction to new employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare job sites implementing weatherization lead safe work practices.
Clean up job sites using proper disposal methods Provide hands on training to Weatherization II workers at work sites.
Extensive carpentry Drywall installation and repair.
Roof shingling and repair Install doors.
Perform entrance door modification. Install weather-stripping Prepare attics for installing turbine vents and insulation.
Perform glass/window work.
Apply glaze, caulk and silicone.
Install carbon monoxide alarms.
Install water saving devices.
Install switch/outlet gaskets.
Perform pipe wrap work.
Troubleshoots, maintains, services and repairs to all equipment. Other related program duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/CERTIFICATION High school diploma or GED; AND Five (5) years related work experience an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Performs preventive maintenance on property.
For all equipment, troubleshoots issues, maintains, services and makes repairs. Insures that property’s plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning units are in good repair and meet all governmental regulations and other guidelines as set forth.
Develops, plans, and determines priorities for the enhancement, repair and modification of building facilities and equipment. Prepare reports setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations and conclusions.
Advises immediate supervisor regarding building conditions and utilization as affected by repair/maintenance/enhancement activities.
Schedules work in an effective and timely manner to meet the maintenance and cleaning needs of the agency’s properties. Prepares and updates plans for response to and recovery from emergency and disaster conditions.
Leads and participates in the implementation of emergency plans in appropriate situations.
Keep fire and other emergency equipment in good working condition.
Schedules inspection of all fire extinguishers annually.

• Intake of new clients, preparing engagement letters and handling retainers
• Scheduling consultations, appointments, depositions, etc.
• Maintaining and updating attorney calendars
• Preparing pleadings for court filing and service
• Preparing exhibit binders and hearing/trial binders for attorneys
• Draft client correspondence and various pleadings
• Perform administrative support functions, such as opening mail, scanning documents, e-mailing documents to clients, maintaining client files, meeting with clients, etc.
Qualifications:
• Sufficient knowledge of family law pleadings required for dissolution, paternity and restraining orders

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for understanding and use of hyperbaric, electrical, mechanical test fixtures, and procedures. Maintaining verification of equipment working conditions and calibration requirements. Notify errors on procedures, drawings, bills of material, and router to the support teams (Quality, Manufacturing Engineering). Responsible for completing documentation (shop order and FATs) accurately and timely. Responsible for entering data into the IFS system accurately and timely. Set up pressure vessel equipment parameters for test using correct fixture for each part tested. Responsible for maintaining high quality standards and workmanship.
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma and some degree of vocational technical training and a minimum of 2-5 years directly related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Recent experience in a manufacturing environment. IPC-610 solder certified within the last 2 years preferred. IPC 620 certification preferred. Knowledge of crimped contacts. Experienced with inspection of cables and connectors.
