About the Role
The Staff Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate general ledger accounts—specifically leases, construction in progress (CIP), fixed assets, and tax-related accounts. This position supports tax requests for multiple entities, assists with the annual audit, and contributes to budgeting and forecasting related to fixed assets. The Staff Accountant also serves as a backup user for Cognos reporting software.
Key Responsibilities
- Track capital projects, update project statuses, and maintain fixed asset records.
- Prepare reconciliations, depreciation entries, and fixed asset forecasts.
- Manage monthly lease accounting entries and maintain accurate lease records.
- Provide documents, schedules, and explanations to auditors; assist with financial footnotes.
- Coordinate tax-related information with CPA firms and prepare sales, property, and regulatory filings.
- Assist with tax audits through documentation gathering and organization.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and preparing Cognos reports.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- CPA certification or audit/tax experience is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of general accounting experience.
- Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP or IFRS.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with LeaseQuery, Sage, Cognos, or D365 preferred.
- Excellent analytical abilities, communication skills, and organizational habits.
- Manufacturing industry experience is a plus.

Position Summary
The Logistics Coordinator I supports the overall shipment process, including shipment documentation, transportation scheduling, and ensuring materials are picked up and delivered to customers on time. This role assists with daily logistics operations by evaluating transportation options and analyzing ways to optimize costs and the number of trucks or containers needed based on scheduling requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day transportation of goods and supplies
- Schedule and coordinate trucks and shipping partners for pickups and deliveries, including communication of any changes or updates
- Ensure on-time delivery of all shipments
- Collaborate with the Shipping Department to obtain shipment weights, dimensions, DG forms, and other required documentation
- Prepare domestic and international shipping documents
- Scan and distribute shipment documentation to internal and external customers

We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to support daily warehouse and production operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, supporting audit compliance, and ensuring proper material flow throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory levels for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods using WMS/ERP systems.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts and reconcile inventory variances.
- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO rotation, lot control, expiration date tracking, and traceability.
- Verify receiving, storage, transfer, and shipping transactions for accuracy.
- Investigate discrepancies, shortages, and overages; document findings and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all materials and finished goods are properly labeled, including lot codes and expiration dates.
- Support food safety programs such as GMPs, HACCP, and allergen control.
