Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to manage all aspects of payroll processing. Key Responsibilities: Process bi-weekly or weekly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local laws Maintain payroll records and employee data in payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, or similar) Review and verify timesheets, work charts, wage computation, and other payroll information Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve issues promptly Ensure accurate tax withholdings and reporting; assist with year-end W-2 preparation Collaborate with HR and Accounting teams to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and best practices

Extrusion associate needed for a manufacturing plant in Woodland Temp to Hire 7a-3:30 $19 Duties: Oversee 1-2 machines for PVC pipe fabrication - take pipes off line and palletize for shipping. Must keep up with the production and pace of machines. Quality inspect pipes - perform various measurements and complete report to update inspection records. Bending pipes Making sure work environment is clean and safe Proper work clothing must be worn. ie: Long pants, sturdy shoes, no sandals, no sneakers. Safety equipment provided must be worn at all times while in the plant. Once shift has started, not allowed to leave facility until shift is complete.
