Monday-Friday Hours 2pm to 10:30pm pay rate $18/hr

Job Duties:

• Assists with sets-up, maintenance Operates and observe machine to detect malfunctions throughout the production run.
• Interprets job tickets or SOP’s accurately so jobs are completed per customer’s requirements.
• Selects samples and/or proofs for customer’s review, as requested.
• Sorts and prepares output for next step in process.
• Understands and follows safety and quality requirements.
• Ensures the team members have adequate materials, tools, and supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately download and process client orders in a timely manner
• Maintain strong relationships with client wineries regarding their orders
• Input data from multiple sources (email, online portals, etc.) into order systems
• Validate and verify data for accuracy before uploading
• Reconcile processed orders against received orders and note exceptions
• Communicate effectively with client services, warehouse, and management teams
• Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed
• Ensure all projects are completed on time with precision and attention to detail

Job duties: 

• The General Warehouse Person is responsible for performing tasks involved in processing and shipping orders to the customer.
•  Responsibilities may include: receiving, scanning, picking, packing, auditing and shipping merchandise to the customer.
• Tracks all inbound and outbound items through radio frequency (RF) scanning to ensure accountability in inventory.
• Verifies orders and ensures entry into the inventory management system.
• Operates a clean and safe work environment, ensuring that all areas of the warehouse are well maintained, kept orderly and free of debris.
• Maintains quality standards set forth by warehouse management.
