Key Responsibilities

Customer Service Support

• Enter and process customer orders accurately
• Provide customers with updates on open orders and delivery status
• Communicate inventory availability and order status to customers
• Assist with general customer service inquiries via phone and email

Purchasing Support

• Assist with purchasing-related paperwork and documentation
• Process and organize files and records
• Support the Purchasing team with administrative tasks (no purchasing or buying responsibilities)

General Office Support

• Assist other departments as needed
• Maintain organized records and filing systems
• Support a smooth workflow in a small office environment

Requirements

• Previous customer service or office experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Spanish fluency is preferred but not required
