The Role
As a Downstream Machine Operator, you will safely operate and monitor downstream machinery to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. You’ll troubleshoot issues, record production data, and communicate clearly with team members to keep operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate downstream equipment including palletizer, box-maker, Lantech, case packer, case insert, Vongal, and related machinery
- Perform safe machine start-ups, shut-downs, and routine operator checks
- Monitor quality, identify issues, and assist with containment
- Accurately record production, downtime, and scrap
- Use systems to review schedules and enter production and quality data
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following GMP standards
- Follow all safety rules and properly use required PPE

The Order Processing Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely downloading and processing of orders and maintaining positive relationships with our client wineries with regard to their orders. Minimum 3 years of experience in an order processing environment, winery experience/knowledge a plus.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Input data in various formats from various sources (e-mail, online portals, etc.)
• Validate and verification of data to match order filling software and upload.
• Verify and confirm number of orders received to number of orders processed; note exceptions and reconcile
• Communicate and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization, including client services, order processing, warehouse, and management
• Other project coordination and administrative duties as required
• Excellent organizational skills essential, ability to multi-task and able to prioritize daily tasks
• Absolute drive to complete projects on time and in a detailed, accurate and thorough manner
• Possess the ability to assemble and manipulate data and work within WMS.
• Proactive at identifying and mitigating potential issues; and at communicating to appropriate team members
