Seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service / Operations Assistant to support our team with daily customer service and warehouse-related administrative tasks. This position will help answer incoming calls, assist customers with shipment inquiries, coordinate FedEx in-transit requests, and provide general administrative support to the operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Respond to basic customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, tracking, and delivery status.
• Assist with FedEx in-transit shipment requests, including address corrections, delivery changes, holds, and other customer requests.
• Communicate with FedEx and other carriers as needed to help resolve shipment issues.
• Monitor and follow up on shipment exceptions and customer requests.
• Assist with order paperwork, filing, stapling, organizing, scanning, and other administrative tasks.
