Position Summary

The Molding Technician I is an entry-level role that supports the Production Department by assisting senior-level technicians in daily manufacturing operations. This role is designed to build technical skills through hands-on training, close supervision, and gradual increase in responsibility. Candidates with prior production or manufacturing experience are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior technicians in daily molding and production activities
  • Learn and apply company quality standards by inspecting molded parts for defects
  • Support quality processes and help identify potential issues under supervision
  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
  • Properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Assist with safe handling and disposal of hazardous materials (hazmat) in designated areas
