About the Role :
As the Material Handler/Warehouse Lead, you will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, guide a team of up to five team members, and ensure inventory accuracy across more than 12,000 stocked parts. Your work directly supports production, inventory health, and customer satisfaction.
You’ll be the go-to expert for assigning work, resolving discrepancies, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and support a warehouse team of up to 5 employees.
- Assign and monitor daily warehouse tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Investigate and report inventory discrepancies to the Cycle Count Coordinator.
- Develop, refine, and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Oversee manufacturing order picking, replenishment, and part issuing.
- Support production with real-time part requests.
- Manage inventory transactions and contribute to performance reviews and goal-setting.
- Perform other duties as needed to support overall warehouse performance.
