Quality Starts With You
We're hiring a Quality Control Inspector to ensure materials and products meet company and regulatory standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming, in-process, first article, and finished products.
- Perform quality tests and document inspection results.
- Initiate and track Nonconformance Reports (NCRs).
- Approve or reject materials based on quality standards.
- Support investigations of quality issues and corrective actions.
- Review and release job documentation.
- Prepare quality metrics and reports.
- Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE in ISO environments.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Quality Control or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to read specifications and follow procedures.
- Familiarity with quality inspections and regulatory compliance.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Temporary General Affairs Analyst to support our General Affairs team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, experience with data entry, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong data entry and administrative experience
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience with invoice processing, purchasing, or expense reporting is preferred
Primary Responsibilities
- Process invoices and reconcile company credit card transactions
- Process purchase requests and maintain purchasing documentation
- Research vendors online and obtain pricing quotes
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Assist employees with travel arrangements and expense report submissions
- Process invoices using multiple internal systems
- Track departmental spending and prepare monthly reports as needed
- Maintain and track company assets and asset inventory
- Provide general administrative support to the General Affairs department
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in administrative support, general affairs, office administration, or a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision
