Quality Assurance Inspector - Oxnard, CA

Position Summary

Our agency is currently seeking a QA Inspector to support a leading food manufacturing facility. Reporting to the QA Manager, the QA Inspector ensures that all quality control activities comply with company, customer, and regulatory food safety and quality standards. This role includes performing inspections, collecting data, verifying sanitation processes, and ensuring proper hygiene and food safety protocols throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect production and packaging areas following cGMP and company SOPs.
• Support Production Supervisors and Line Leads with quality compliance.
• Complete and oversee Red Zone datasheets, including sanitation records, quality checks, and line clearance verification.
• Collect ATP, Enterobacteriaceae (EB), and allergen protein swabs; identify correct swab locations and report results.
• Ensure employee hygiene and proper use of required attire and procedures.
• Initiate non-conformance tags for raw or packaging materials.
• Maintain compliance with all safety guidelines.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Work independently while staying aligned with team and departmental needs.
• Participate in shift transition meetings.

Job Requirements:

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma required;
• Bachelor's in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Ability to interpret part coding, work orders, and production checklists. 

We're Hiring - Fabricator (Food Manufacturing Setting)

Location: Oxnard, CA

Pay: $32–$36/hr

Schedule: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (may vary; overtime as needed)

Position Summary

The Fabricator builds, modifies, and repairs metal components and equipment used in a food manufacturing environment. This role requires strong fabrication and welding skills, especially with stainless steel and food-grade materials. The Fabricator ensures all work meets sanitary design and supports safe, efficient production.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
• Cut, weld, and assemble stainless steel and food-grade materials.
• Perform TIG and sanitary welding as needed.
• Use fabrication tools such as welders, grinders, saws, and bending machines.
• Inspect measurements and ensure quality and sanitary standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Support production, engineering, and urgent repair needs.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

• Fabrication or welding experience; food manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Proficient with fabrication tools and TIG welding.
