Customer Service Representative

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary liaison between our clients and our company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is committed to delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact between customers and the company
  • Ensure all customer calls are returned promptly, even when service scheduling is limited
  • Collaborate closely with the customer service team to support daily operations
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Escalate unresolved issues to management as needed
  • Document and report customer interactions, complaints, and trends
  • Meet with clients in person at the factory when necessary
  • Coordinate and maintain the daily service schedule for three technicians
  • Prepare and organize paperwork required for daily service operations
  • Generate invoices for billable services and work closely with the accounting team
  • Update customer and service information in Market Sharp
  • Partner with the factory team to ensure rework items and service materials are completed on time

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting & Technical Support:
    Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely and professional manner. Serve as the first point of contact for technical support requests, providing help desk assistance to end users.

  • System Maintenance & Monitoring:
    Perform routine system updates, patch management, and proactive system monitoring to ensure optimal performance and uptime.

  • Installation & Configuration:
    Set up, configure, and deploy computers, printers, mobile devices, and required software applications. Ensure all equipment is properly installed, tested, and ready for end-user productivity.

  • User Account & Security Management:
    Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in alignment with company policies. Support security measures to protect systems, networks, and data.

  • Infrastructure Support:
    Assist in maintaining Windows desktop and server environments while supporting core networking components.


Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems (desktop and server environments)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
  • Experience with hardware troubleshooting and device configuration
