Job Summary: 

A manufacturing company is seeking a dependable and detail oriented Paper Converting Machine Operator to join their production team. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining paper converting machinery to produce high quality paper and packaging products in accordance with production schedules, safety standards, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities: 

•    Set up, operate, and monitor paper converting machines (such as slitters, rewinders, cutters, die cutters, or folding machines)
•    Adjust machine settings to ensure proper alignment, cutting, folding, or packaging specifications
•    Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects
•    Perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs
•    Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines
•    Maintain accurate production records and report any issues or downtime
•    Follow all safety, quality, and GMP guidelines
•    Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
•    Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals
