Job Purpose: To act as support for the Program Management Team. Must have good communication

skills, both verbal and written. Essential to maintain a positive attitude with sensitivity to the customer's

needs at any given moment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Respond to all PM requests.

2. Accurately inputs, updates, and maintains customer orders into the company ERP system.

3. Ensure all commitments made to customers are met and notify PMs if delivery promises cannot

be fulfilled well in advance of customers’ expectations.

4. Monitor inventory levels to ensure raw materials are available to prevent shortages, collaborating with procurement, stockroom, and manufacturing to meet customer demands and

deadlines efficiently.

5. Provide PMs with up-to-date information. Interface with all internal departments as necessary to ensure accurate, timely information is provided to the customer

6. Work with Account Managers and PMs that are assigned to the account, reporting on the production status and any production issues.

Respond to and resolve all inquiries from customers and /or internal departments.

Knowledge and Skill: Knowledge of sales, customer service, manufacturing, and ISO processes. Effective

communication and writing are required.

Work experience requirements: Two 2+ years of prior job-related experience.

Education & Certification Preferred: High School

Job Requirements:

Electronics Solderer - Moorpark

Pay: $21 - $28+ DOE

Hours: Morning shift

Schedule: Flexible to work 5/8 or 4/10 schedule

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assemble SMT and TH components on various types of printed circuit boards, using hand-held soldering stations.
• Rework and install fine pitch components under microscope magnification.
• Identify component types and polarities.
• Read and utilize Bill of Materials (BOM) and Assembly Drawings.
• Keep area clean and free of all non-essential tools and components.
• Understand and adhere to ESD & ISO procedures.
• Must be able to solder RoHS and Non-RoHS.
• Ensure quality of work/product is maintained to standards.
• Must be capable of performing solder touch ups.
• Knowledge of IPC-610 Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies (experience required)
• IPC-7711 Rework of Electronic Assemblies (experience required)
• Capable of following process on travelers and providing input for DFM.
• Represent Laritech Inc., in a professional, ethical, and socially responsible manner.
• Other duties and responsibilities not listed above may be added.

Job Requirements:

Knowledge and Skill:

• High school or equivalent.
• Must be able to understand, speak and read English. As well as articulate any issues
• that arise while working on a PCBA.
• 2+ year of manufacturing experience and 2+ years soldering PCBA’s preferred.
• Experience with use of hot air rework stations.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be in good health and be able to use both hands.
• Must have the ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
