Inventory Specialist, To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential functions for this position and meet the physical requirements needed to perform them. Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities. Primary Responsibility: Ensures that all shipping documents and functions are completed accurately and on time. Communicates with customers to coordinate outbound freight schedules. Maintains accurate record of all received product. Assists in resolving inventory discrepancies. Essential Functions: - Promote a safe work environment through personal actions. Identify any safety concerns, as well as cost saving opportunities. - Prepare tallies. Pull inventories from computer. Match inventories to received product. - Add information such as customer number, name, date, product, lot number, etc. - Compute results of tally. Re-ad box counts, compute net weight, and compute required temperature. - Contact customer to resolve discrepancies in tally results. - Maintain correspondence with customers, including receipts, invoices (if required), and tallies. Document all correspondence. - Aid in answering the telephone, resolving distribution center problems, and providing backup to the warehouse. - In conjunction with distribution, schedule deliveries. - Verify all orders and record shipping information. - Complete shipping orders including necessary labels and stickers. - Update computer inventory reports. - Authorize product for shipment. - Maintain security procedures at dock. - Resolve customer problems as presented. Track down missing shipments. - Assist in loading and unloading trucks, as necessary.

Order Selector 2nd Shift Modesto The purpose of this position is to accurately transfer, package, kit or assemble product and materials, both physically and logically, to fulfill orders, inventory, and load/unload trailers.

Job description:

• Perform the assigned tasks as described in the location’s policies and procedures standards to include handling of materials within associated logical transactions

• Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials

• Perform material moves with associated physical/logical transactions as required

• Participate in workgroup and other team activities for the purpose of self improvement and improving warehouse operations and related business functions

• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers. Ensure all scanning is completed correctly. Help train dock employees on new procedures. Ensure facility is secure at end of shift: investigate/resolve scanning issues and housekeeping. Perform picking and packing duties. Check for evidence of product or container damage.

• Performs housekeeping duties for assigned area

• Other duties as assigned Requirements:

• General warehouse experience

• Electric pallet jack and forklift experience a plus

• Steel toe boots

Shift: 2nd Shift

Pay: $17.00 w/ .50 differential

2+ yrs of Warehouse Experience

2+ yrs of Forklift Operator experience.

2+ yrs of Pacer/Reach experience on a racking system with RF scanner

2+ yrs of Electric Pallet Jack experience

Temporary work of up to 1000 hours

Night shift starting at 7 PM to 3:30 AM

- Monday through Friday with OT Off Saturday and then work possibly every other Sunday.

Day: $20/hr

Swing: $21/hr

Graveyard $22/hr

Once Hired

- Benefits: BASED ON PERFORMANCE

- 90 days -.50 increase

-Yearly review 0-3% increase BUT can be 4-5% increase
