Job Title: Turret Forklift Operator

Location: Tracy, CA

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Shift: 2nd Shift | 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Operate a turret forklift in a high-bay warehouse to move, stack, and retrieve pallets.
• Pick orders, receive shipments, and put away inventory.
• Move products using a stand-up forklift (Pacer) or by hand.
• Load and unload products by forklift or manually.
• Perform general warehouse tasks such as hand stacking, loading/unloading, and cleanup.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

• At least 6-12 months of stand-up forklift (Pacer) experience.
• Previous RF scanner experience.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be available for overtime as needed.

Hourly is $23.00 plus the shift differential. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor. 9:00pm -6:30am. This position will involve a variety of responsibilities/tasks including driving and moving trailers through the yard, moving materials through the warehouse facility. The incumbent will perform general warehouse duties including shipping/receiving, picking and packing orders, and other warehouse related job tasks as assigned while meeting company standards of safety, security and productivity. Two (2) years warehouse experience, with a minimum of (1) one-year operating material handling equipment (MHE) and a proven track record for safety. Previous experience with RF based Warehouse Management System (WMS), preferably Red Prairie. Minimum of 5 years’ Shunting experience. Knowledge of warehouse processes including receiving, order picking, shipping and inventory control. Organizational skills with varying degrees of independence, judgment and discretion English communication skills both written and verbal Ability to follow instructions and work independently Thorough knowledge of company equipment Thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills Service orientated with strong customer service skills and commitment to quality of work Strong team player, but also able to work effectively independently Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills - able to follow instructions Yard Shunter: Safe and efficient movement of trailers in and out of dock doors. Maintain routine radio communication with yard control. Daily inspection of truck. Backing trailers into designated areas as requested. Check tires and do circle checks to make sure trailers are capable to move. Performing and documenting daily pre-trip inspections of the truck. Monitor truck condition and communicate when repairs are required. Perform minor repairs (change lights, fuses ect) MHE Operator:
