 TPM position is responsible to help manage the company’s trade promotion fund. Enables and supports TPM payment / Deduction resolution on various customers and / or broker accounts. Audits, validates, and follow up on open deductions / payments. Interacts with third party sales agents, internal sales personnel, field sales personnel and accounting personnel to perform job duties. Works well in a team environment. Essential Functions: 1. Audits and validates open deductions 2. Prepares deduction summary report and coordinates with Brokers, Regional Sales Managers, and Planning team for resolution 3. Offsets deductions – reassignments, returns, repayments, and cancellations 4. Evaluates open deductions, researches and work with brokers for resolution 5. Trains / instructs brokers on trade promotion program 6. Assist brokers with request / inquiry for backup documents / invoice reports 7. Investigates and solves deductions due to lack of funds or pricing issue 8. Processes AP check requests – verify and audit back – up 9. Maintains record of all payment / check requests and deductions 10. Review freight related backups / deductions and work with shipping / deduction specialist for resolution – shortages / overages / fines 11. Investigates and resolves deductions from customer for cash discount. Verifies claim with Sales Team, IT Team and PODs 12. Pursue repayment from customer when deductions are found invalid – via brokers / directly. 13. Follows up on repayments and aging deductions 14. Assists with deduction audits and trade promotion management related projects. 15. Prepares / scan check and / or back – up in share drive and provide scanned documents to brokers as needed 16. Assist with handling incoming phone calls 17. Work with manager for returned / cancelled AP checks Education / Experience: 1. 1 – 2 years as Admin Assistant – TPM 2. 6 – 12 months related experience in the accounting / grocery industry

This person would be  Handeling  customer orders from various types of customers to include but not limited to retail, wholesale orders for Food Service (vending companies and distributors), orders from the US Military, and sales activities for Central and South America. Processes orders. Interacts with brokers, regional sales managers, and members of Maruchan’s shipping and accounting departments. Handles high volumes of emails and phone calls daily. Position Responsibilities: May perform some or all of the duties below: ? Provides customer service support functions to include: filing, POD issue resolution, special order requests, maintain client/customer/broker lists, communicate late payment information , verify credits, communicates order issues with Maruchan plants in California, Virginia, and Texas. ? Processes/Inputs orders for assigned accounts, order changes and cancellations. Checks inventory. Places back orders as needed. ? Double-checks prices, pallet quantities, lead time, et cetera on each order. ? Cross-checks daily order entries performed by co-workers and compare to proof as well as provide one’s own work to co-worker for proofing. ? Provides daily information to Brokers on shortages, overages, late or missing orders, etc. ? Tracks late orders upon request and provides information to requestor. ? Processes credits and debits. ? Communicates with Laguna, Virginia, and Texas warehouses on late deliveries and missed appointments. ? Handles shipments and payments for Central and South America. Negotiates shipping dates base on inventory of flavor changes. ? Confirms shipments with trucking companies and distributors ? Creates and mails invoices and verifies invoice payments ? Signs calculation and Value Manifests ? Will perform basic translation between English and Spanish ? Provides customer service support functions for the Maruchan military business including communication between the distributor and commissaries for orders

Warehouse Associate is responsible for, but not limited to, receive, process, transport, and store materials in a safe and efficient manner. Compliance with all Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), SOP’s, and Safety Procedures. Your primary activities will include but are not limited to: Performs all shipping and receiving functions designated for each area Document and maintain tracking records, maintenance logs and damage reports. Assists in inventory control and building maintenance, keep in good clean order, as necessary Promptly report material, process, and equipment concerns, questions, and/or problems for further direction Performs accurate manipulation & delivery of palletized goods and drums within safety guidelines and w/o damage to personnel, goods, facility or equipment Operates a forklift in compliance with safety guidelines Follows established department SOP’s, cGMP regulations, and batch record instructions Return items in its proper locations Participate in monthly SOP’s, Safety, and cGMP guidelines trainings Knowledgeable in ERP systems Greet and check in delivery trucks Receive and track shipments Embark merchandise in delivery trucks using appropriate tools Tag and label merchandise Label and stockpile merchandise accordingly Box, wrap and pack merchandise in accordance with relevant procedures and standards Prepare orders for shipment as requested Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items Performs other duties, job related or otherwise, as assigned You’ll need the following (minimum qualifications): Valid Driver’s License Forklift Operation Certification (preferred) Prior experience as Warehouse Associate for 1-2 years Knowledgeable with inventory and logistics software programs Great physical stamina and manual dexterity Ability to work independently and in a team environment Organizational and time-management skills Problem solver
