Schedule: 6:00PM – 6:00AM Monday –Friday;  Saturday start time 2:00PM (SATURDAY ONLY – you need to be open to working from 4 – 8 hours).

You will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our client base, ensuring their needs are met, and providing a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities: Sales and Client Acquisition:

Identify and target potential corporate clients through research, networking, and lead generation.

Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in corporate organizations.

Prepare and present compelling proposals and pricing to secure new business contracts.

Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Be able to consistently check all channels for leads, even on weekends (periodically)

Customer Service and Account Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. Coordinate the booking process for corporate housing accommodations, ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs. Proactively anticipate and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during a client's stay. Foster long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  • Property Liaison: Collaborate with the property management team to ensure properties meet client expectations and standards. Conduct property inspections and quality checks to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are upheld. Communicate any necessary property improvements or repairs to the appropriate teams.

Reporting and Administration:

Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, reservations, and sales activities.
