Job Responsibilities:
- Processes/Inputs orders for assigned accounts, order changes and cancellations.
- Tracks late orders upon request and provides information to requestor.
- Provides customer service support functions to include: filing, POD issue resolution, special order requests, maintain client/customer/broker lists, communicate late payment information , verify credits, communicates order issues.
- Processes credits and debits.
- Handles shipments and payments.
- Confirms shipments with trucking companies and distributors.
- Creates and mails invoices and verifies invoice payments.
- Provides customer service support functions.
