Job Requirements:

Responsibilities:

MUST PROVIDE RESUME

• Cut, prepare, and handle insulation, fabric, and related materials.
• Operate industrial sewing and/or material sealing equipment.
• Fabricate aircraft insulation blanket assemblies.
• Install hook-and-loop fasteners, seals, tapes, and other assembly components.
• Perform basic measuring, trimming, fitting, and assembly operations.
• Follow drawings, templates, work instructions, and manufacturing procedures.
• Perform visual inspections of completed work.
• Complete required production and quality documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work as part of a production team to achieve daily output requirements.
• Follow all safety and quality requirements.

Qualifications:

• Industrial sewing or aerospace assembly experience preferred but not required.
• Relevant experience may include upholstery, garment manufacturing, textile fabrication, automotive interiors, aircraft interiors, production assembly, or similar hands-on manufacturing.
• Experience operating industrial sewing equipment is preferred.
• Good hand dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform repetitive precision work while maintaining consistent quality.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a production environment.
• Willingness and ability to learn aerospace manufacturing and quality requirements.

Aerospace company seeking Composite Technicians to support a high-rate aerospace manufacturing program. Aerospace experience is preferred but not required; candidates with relevant hands-on manufacturing experience will be considered.

• Prepare and handle composite prepreg materials.
• Perform composite layup following defined ply sequences and orientations.
• Perform debulk operations during the layup process.
• Vacuum bag composite tooling and prepare parts for cure.
• Assist with tool preparation, material handling, and part removal.
• Follow drawings, work instructions, and manufacturing procedures.
• Maintain material identification and traceability throughout production.
• Complete required production and quality documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work effectively within a team to meet daily production requirements.
• Follow all safety and quality requirements.

Qualifications:

• Composite or aerospace manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Relevant experience may include fiberglass, laminating, molding, fabrication, automotive, aerospace, assembly, or other precision manufacturing.
• Good hand dexterity and ability to perform detailed repetitive work.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a production environment.
• Willingness and ability to learn aerospace composite manufacturing processes.
