Calling all Shipping clerks for open position in Gardena at Aerospace/Adhesive company!!

• Monday - Friday
• 7:00am - 3:30pm
• Pay rate is $18.00
• Weekly Pay (Direct Deposit or ATM Debit Card available)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare shipping documents: Generate and verify accurate shipping documents such as bill of ladings, packing lists and shipping labels
• Coordinate shipments: Arrange transportation and schedule pick ups with carriers ensuring cost effectiveness and timely delivery of products
• Address inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipment status, delivery and tracking information in professional and timely manner
• Resolve issues: Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies such as damaged products etc
• Quality Control
• Packaging and labeling
• Monitor Inventory

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Proven EXPERIENCE AS SHIPPING CLERK or in similar shipping/receiving role preferably within the manufacturing industry
• Able to work in fast paced environment
• Familiarity with shipping software and inventory management systems such as UPS FedEx
• Able to lift/push/carry items up to 50lbs
• Able to work around fumes, airborne particles or toxic chemicals and vibration
